Today I visited the Magnolia Nails Huntersville location. It was another great experience. I had Lynn who was a supervisor. I’m an out of state visitor but I come every year and I always have a good experience. But today, Lynn set the bar for future trips. I wasn’t sure I would do a manicure but after Lynn did my pedicure I decided to go ahead with the manicure. Lynn’s multitasking (greeting, answering phones, scheduling and overall run of the day business. In the time I was there I saw all of it. Great job Lynn, they are lucky to have you and I had a great experience! Enjoy your future vacation to PA…I hope to see you next year at Magnolia Nails.

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Magnolia Nails in Huntersville. My nails were done the same way as before and used to last almost 4 weeks, but the last two times they started peeling after only 2 weeks. I was previously told that if they peeled or lifted, the salon would fix them. When I returned to speak with the manager, I was told they would not redo them and that I had simply “gotten lucky” with a good technician. I understand results can vary, but I expected the salon to stand behind what I was previously told. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews even if I have a bad experience but this is necessary. I came here a week and a half ago, I wanted black french tips w leopard print on my ring fingers. The nails themself look great although the design doesn’t look like what I showed. The issue is this dude convinced me to get “pink acrylic” bc it “lasts longer and is stronger”. 3 days after getting them done I noticed my pinky nail was cracked, that same night I had hit it on my bracelet and it somehow cracked more and felt as if my pinky nail was ripped, it hurt for days. At first I was like hm maybe it was my fault somehow? No. Yesterday I noticed my pointer finger cracked and now that finger is in pain just like my pinky was. Feels like it’s throbbing and my whole finger hurts and feels hot. I get my nails done a lot and this has never happened.

I recommend the liquid gel! 55 dollars for every time after the first application. I also usually get my waxes done here!
